A 62 year-old troubled by prominent lower eyelid bags underwent a lower eyelid blepharoplasty. Rejuvenation of the lower eyelid region was achieved using well concealed crease incision and an orbital setback technique to reduce puffiness but conserve orbital volume. Result at 4 months.
