A 51-year old lady troubled by a heavy lower face with prominent jowls and loss of neck contour underwent a deep place facelift and deep neck reduction to create a crisp jawline and youthful neck contour. In addition, an upper eyelid and lower eyelid blepharoplasty was performed – an internal eyelid incision (transconjunctival approach) was used for the lower eyelid to avoid scars on the eyelid skin. Targeted fat grafting helped refine the overall result. Outcome at 4 months.
