This 25 year-old lady underwent an ultrasonic rhinoplasty to feminise the nasal profile and create a more even contour from the front. A piezo technique was used for accurate bone reshaping and various tip manoevres were performed to create a distinguished yet feminine slope and refined tip shape. At 3 months post surgery, she was delighted with the change achieve and renewed self-confidence.
