A 26-year old lady troubled by a dorsal bump and droopy, round tip underwent open rhinoplasty by William Townley. An ultrasonic technique was performed to achieve a smooth contour and make accurate adjustments to the bone. As well as feminising the side profile, changes were made to deliver tip definition and refinement using a septal extension graft and tip sutures. Result at 5 months after surgery.
