A 63 year-old lady troubled by eyelid bags underwent upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. She was particularly bothered by people commenting on her ‘tired appearance even when she felt vibrant and healthy. Well concealed crease incisions were used to achieve a rejuvenated look including an orbital setback (fat preserving) approach to the lower eyelid and excess skin removal from the upper eyelid. Results at 6 months.
