This lady in her mid-50s was troubled by heaviness in the lower face and neck. She had tried non-surgical solutions but was looking for a more effective and long lasting treatment. After careful discussion, she underwent a combined deep plane face lift and deep neck reduction. An upper eyelid blepharoplasty was performed to refreshen the eyes.
