A 24 year-old lady troubled by excessively heavy breasts and large areolae underwent breast reduction to deliver a more proportional and youthful breast shape. A 500g reduction with areolae reduction and breast lift was performed using an anchor-type incision and superomedial pedicle technique. Result at 6 months.
