A 51-year old lady troubled by prominent lower eyelid bags underwent lower eyelid blepharoplasty using well concealed skin crease incisions. A rejuvenated eyelid appearance was achieved using an orbital setback technique leading to reduced puffiness and a smoother eyelid-to-cheek junction. Result at 1 year.
