A 23-year old lady troubled by a dorsal bump and disproportionately large nose underwent open rhinoplasty using an ultrasonic technique. A reduction of height and length of the nose as well as lifting of the tip helped achieve a more feminine and balanced nasal profile. Result at 6 months.
