A 34 year-old mother of two underwent breast augmentation to restore lost volume after pregnancy and breastfeeding. She had a favourable natural anatomy with some skin laxity and a well developed lower pole of the breast but youthful nipple position – key features that help deliver a good outcome! Breast enlargement was achieved with 245cc round moderate profile implants (Motiva Ergonomix) placed in a subfascial plane (on top of the muscle) allowing the implant to move more naturally with the breast. Result at 3 months.
