A 39 year-old fit and athletic mother of two underwent breast augmentation to restore lost volume after pregnancy and breastfeeding. She had some skin laxity but due to the favourable position of the nipple on the breast mound, a lift was not required. Breast enlargement was achieved with 265cc round moderate profile implants (Motiva Ergonomix) placed in a subfascial plane (on top of the muscle) allowing the implant to move more naturally with the breast. Result at 2 months.
