This 27-year old lady underwent was troubled by premature breast droopiness. She underwent an auto-augmentation breast lift whereby her own breast tissue was used like an implant to fill out the upper pole of the breast. The nipple position was also elevated to deliver a more perky and youthful overall breast shape. No implant was required to achieve the result. Result at two months.
