A 48-year old lady concerned with jowls and loss of neck contour underwent a lower face and necklift. A high SMAS technique was used to restore jawline contour and rebalance facial volume using well concealed incisions in front and behind the ear. A small separate incision under the chin was used to reduce submental volume and perform a platysmaplasty to improve neck contour!
