A 36 year-old lady troubled by deflated breasts after breastfeeding 2 children underwent breast enlargement to restore lost volume and improve self-confidence. Round implants (Motiva Ergonomix, 285cc) were placed in a subfascial plane through a small breast fold incision. A subfascial plane was selected to deliver a more natural look and to allow a faster recovery from surgery. Result at 4 months.
