A 29 year-old lady underwent breast enlargement to increase breast volume and deliver a natural yet perky breast shape with some upper pole fullness. Round implants (Nagor Impleo, 300cc) were placed in a subfascial plane through a small well concealed breast fold incision. A subfascial plane was selected as there was sufficient natural breast volume to cover the implant. Result at 2 months.
