A 51-year old lady troubled by jowls, loss of neck contour and lower eyelid puffiness underwent a lower facelift with fat injections. A high-SMAS technique was employed to deliver a natural and long-lasting outcome with improved facial balance and jawline and neck contour. Fat injections helped to fine tune the result and enhance the changes. In addition, an upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty were performed. Results at 6 months.
