A 30 year-old many underwent a combination of rhinoplasty and fat injections to improve facial balance. A nasal bump reduction was achieved through open rhinoplasty and fat grafting to the chin and forehead helped deliver a more balanced and proportional facial side profile. Result at 4 months.
