A 20 year-old lady underwent open rhinoplasty to correct a dorsal bump and droopy tip. A natural and feminine side profile including a slight suptra-tip break was achieved through component reduction of the dorsum and septal extension graft leading to a great improvement in self-confidence. Result at 4 months.
