A 25 year-old lady troubled by a dorsal bump and droopy tip underwent open ultrasonic rhinoplasty. In keeping with the patient’s goals, a natural and subtle result was achieved using an ultrasonic technique to deliver accurate bone reshaping changes and a straight side profile with improved tip position and definition. Result at 8 months.
