This patient underwent open reduction rhinoplasty to reduce a dorsal bump and deliver a more feminine side profile. As well as straightened bridge, she was also keen for a supra-tip break. This was achieved through a component reduction of the dorsum, auto-spreader grafts and a columellar strut graft. Result at 4 months.
