A 49 year-old lady suffering with shoulder strap and back pain associated with disproportionately large breasts underwent breast reduction and correction of asymmetry. A large reduction (600g right, 700g left) was performed with breast lift using an anchor incision and superomedial technique. Result at 6 months.
