A 27 year-old lady underwent a combined short scar neck lift and chin augmentation through a small submental scar. She was troubled by a double chin appearance despite being petite and lean. A short scar neck lift was required to perform a reduction of the deep tissues including the submandibular glands, digastrics and deep seated fat. On the after photo, you can appreciate the difference in terms of jawline definition as well as neck contour by reducing this excess tissue. A silicone chin implant helped lift the jowls and achieve greater anterior projection of the chin from the side. At two months, she was thrilled with the change and improved confidence.
